1. What is the return policy for RBK Styles of Fashion?

We at RBK Styles of Fashion, LLC hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't— perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you—we'll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a store credit upon receiving the returned items. No Cash or Credit refunds.

You can only return and receive store credit or exchange for unworn, unused items with tags still attached within 10 days of receipt or ship date. If any items are received by RBK Styles of Fashion, LLC that smell like cigarette smoke, has an odor to include perfume scent, deodorant or makeup stains, snags, etc. will not be accepted for store credit or exchange. You will be responsible for shipping cost to return items back to you. RBK Styles of Fashion, LLC reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

2.Can I return a custom item?

All items that are custom designed cannot be returned or exchanged. When placing orders please be as specific as possible to ensure your request is fulfilled to your desire.

3. What are considered final sale items?

Final sale items are Jewelry, clearance items, undergarments, handbags and promotional items. Final Sale means that items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
